Tina understands the importance of detail when meeting with candidates, which results in a thorough and comprehensive assessment. She is determined in her efforts to uncover important cultural dynamics in our clients’ organizations to ensure successful results and a perfect fit. Tina experienced our unique approach to executive search as a client and decided to join our team to utilize her wide-ranging experience and wealth of knowledge in the executive search area.

Tina’s career includes over two decades of experience in human resources with an extensive range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, supply chain, and consulting. She began her career at University Hospitals of Cleveland, which led to vice president positions in human resources with KeyCorp and Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. Tina most recently held the senior human resources position as Vice President of Human Resources at Brulant, Inc.

Tina believes in balance and giving back to the community. She has been a member of numerous human resource organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS), and the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society (NOHRPS). Tina has served on boards of nonprofit organizations, including Project Learn and Tri-County JOG (Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates), and is currently on the HR Committee of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park Association. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
